Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
Create a nurturing and safe environment for all children in your care.
Observe and assess children’s development and progress, documenting findings.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement curriculum and enhance learning experiences.
Engage with parents and caregivers, providing updates on children’s progress.
Support children with special educational needs and ensure inclusive practices.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and children’s achievements.
Requirements
Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Experience working with children in an early years setting.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Hours Per Week: 36:00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.64
Location: Islington, North London
