Job Description
* Handle monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
* Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with cost centre managers.
* Ensure accuracy in financial controls and General Ledger accounts.
* Prepare and maintain capital expenditure (capex) matrices and support business cases for key projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to provide clear financial insights for decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Support financial decision-making by collecting, analysing, investigating and reporting financial data.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner Analyst should have:
* Proactive individual with a background in accounting and finance.
* Strong grasp of essential accounting principles, including debits, credits, and accruals.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
* Skilled in managing competing priorities while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
* Part-qualified in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) with familiarity in finance software, preferably Oracle or similar.
* Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy to provide exceptional service and insights to the team.
