This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver projects including equipment, workflow, training, testing, tooling, maintenance programs and any other potential projects identified by senior leadership. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Key Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop project scope and teams. Identify teams and resources required for project completion. Work closely with local Halma hubs/entities to streamline business flow Develop and monitor project timelines and KPIs. Monitor and manage activities of team members to completion. Provide project status reports to upper management as required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Identifying and supporting continuous improvement activities that support company targets. Maintaining excellent knowledge of company policies and procedures and the ability to enforce them. Coordinating projects to ensure on time delivery. Attend and contribute to department meetings. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Project management: Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Thrives in a matrix organization, skilled at problem solving and conflict resolution. Ability to travel as needed. Assist in any other activities as required to support OE business. Education and Certification Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field required. International travel is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Leadership experience of cross functional teams preferred. Operations and ERP system knowledge preferred. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
