About the Role As a Lead Learning Support Practitioner, you will:? Work closely with learners, parents, and external agencies to ensure every learner’s needs are met.? Lead on EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) reviews and support learners in overcoming learning barriers.? Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement inclusive learning strategies.? Develop and adapt resources to support learners with diverse needs.? Be an integral part of a team that drives innovation and positive change in learning support.
