Senior Site Fitter / Installer
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, plus overtime opportunities.
Pay: GBP17.00 - GBP20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level.
Your main responsibilities:
* Install architectural metalwork products on-site according to specifications and safety standards.
* Perform on-site welding and polishing to ensure high-quality finishes.
* Collaborate effectively with your mate to complete installations efficiently and to a high standard.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company positively to clients.
The ideal candidate:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in architectural metalwork fitting (preferred).
* A full UK driving licence to travel to various sites.
* NVQ Level 2 in an appropriate discipline.
* A valid CSCS skill card (blue or higher).
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel and stay away from home, when necessary, as our projects may be located outside of the Kingswinford area.
Additional Qualifications: While not essential, additional qualifications such as IPAF, PASMA, and SSSTS would be highly regarded. We are committed to the professional development of our staff and will provide continuous in-house training to enhance your skills.
