Steriliser Process Engineer Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Must have experience in high volume manufacturing of products Reporting to the Warehouse & Sterilisation Leader, the Process Engineer will oversee engineering activities within the sterilisation team, ensuring equipment and processes run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and optimise steriliser and autoclave equipment for safety and efficiency. Support installation, modification, repair, and preventative maintenance. Respond to breakdowns, minimise downtime, and ensure minimal process interruption. Develop and manage project schedules, cost estimates, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and serve as a Radiological Protection Supervisor (RPS). Identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance equipment performance. About You: Degree/HNC in engineering with relevant experience; management qualifications are a plus. Strong background in high-volume manufacturing, preferably medical devices. Hands-on expertise in fault rectification, process innovation, and project management. Knowledge of maintenance, quality control, and safety regulations.
