The Role
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will provide financial, administrative and clerical services for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices, payments and statements
* Providing support to our accounts assistants
* Processing purchase orders
* Responding to and resolving both internal and external queries
* Processing BACs, CHAPS, cheques and direct debits
* Dealing with supplier statement reconciliations
* Assisting with month-end procedures
* Supporting with financial reporting
Requirements:
* Knowledge and experience within an accounts payable role previously is essential
* Qualified to AAT Level 2 or above would be desirable
* Ability to use own initiative
