Job Description – Telesales Team Member
Cellar Supplies Cheltenham Ltd is a Cheltenham based drinks wholesaler serving the licensed trade. We have been successfully trading for 20 years and are one of the area’s leading companies in this sector. We have recently moved to a new, purpose built warehouse at Elmstone Business Park.
We are partner wholesalers with all of the national brewers to ensure the same product quality, range, support and technical service that you would expect if dealing direct. Cellar Supplies is a service driven company. We work tirelessly to provide excellent customer service and we operate 6 days per week, finding ways to make sure we meet customer expectations. We serve a vast array of licensed venues and we also support and sponsor many local sports teams and events which is something that is close to our heart.
Cellar Supplies specializes in the supply and service of real ale & cider to festivals, sports and social clubs and all manner of events and licensed premises. Apart from these products we supply the full range of soft and alcoholic drinks. We are growing our team and our sales capacity and the successful applicant will join a workforce who are skilled, productive, innovative, friendly and passionate about their roles.
The successful person will have the ability to demonstrate the following skills:
* Communicating with existing customers
* Working closely with field sales accounts team
* Face to face customer interactions/reception duties
* Must be confident with good customer service skills, enjoy making outbound calls
* Preparing documentation
* Required to call existing customers and research into new customers
* Cold calling
* Assisting with marketing campaigns
* Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
* Good sales ability
* Confidently provide the customer with the best possible service
* Work towards daily and weekly KPI’s
* Generate leads from own devices
* Making outbound and taking inbound calls to/from new and existing customers
* General office administration duties
* Compiling reports
* Building relationships with accounts
* Marketing & promoting
* Upselling and informing customers of promotions
Requirements:
* Excellent telephone manner/ ability to work methodically and use investigative skills to build sales
* Cold calling / outbound experience
* Understanding and working to sales targets
* The personality and likeability to build a rapport with potential clients
* High level of computer literacy
* A self-motivated, determined attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00 per year
