You will manage and guide contractor activities from start to finish, overseeing every phase—from site preparation through to the finishing touches. As a Residential Installations Supervisor, you'll select and hire subcontractors, ensure quality standards are met, and act as the key link between contractors and clients, maintaining smooth communication on-site. Experience within Residential Fire Sprinklers is essential Attention to detail and ability to apply analytical thinking in problem-solving Experience working within a customer-facing role, and the ability to build strong customer relationships Able to work under pressure and to a high standard Excellent communication/customer-facing skills Disciplined and organised Able to work on own initiative, unsupervised, but also contribute to an effective team What will your role look like? Visit various installation sites daily, normally residential sprinkler-based installs Supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking material levels, inspecting work, and overseeing quality control (Q n A) Whilst on site oversee daily operations and general management all employees on project(s) Provide input into the planning and development of the program Manage project site safety for internal and subcontract personnel Ensure your site is operating effectively. maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards Organise and take in major site deliveries What can you expect in return?
