Position: Operations & Logistics Manager
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Our focus is on style, presentation, and precision. We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Logistics Manager to join our central management team and be the heartbeat of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order & Logistics Management: Organise all incoming orders into weekly, daily, and bi-daily schedules, ensuring seamless fulfilment.
* Team Coordination: Work closely with the Head of Kitchen and Customer Manager to align logistics and ensure customer orders are met without issues.
* Delivery Oversight: Plan and manage daily deliveries with in-house couriers and delivery partners, communicating clear schedules to the team.
* Customer Communication: Carry out pre-calls to customers, ensuring expectations are clear and customer service levels remain at an exceptional standard.
* Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Monitor deliveries in real-time, proactively addressing any logistical challenges that arise.
* Stock & Supplier Management: Plan and manage stock levels, working closely with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong relationships.
* Cost Control & Margins: Regularly review supply costs, negotiate pricing where possible, and update product margins accordingly.
* Equipment Management: Ensure the safe return of all hire equipment used for bespoke jobs.

* Strong Communication Skills: Able to liaise effectively between the Customer and Kitchen teams, ensuring seamless coordination.
* Adaptability & Initiative: Thrives in a fast-paced, growing small business environment, willing to wear multiple hats when needed.
* Proven Logistics Experience: Background in logistics management, supply chain, or operations preferred.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage schedules, stock, and deliveries with efficiency.
* Driving License: Must be able to drive as part of the role.
