Description Please note there are multiple roles available. ICF provides the UK Government with expert support in the design, development and evaluation of public policy in the UK. We have particular expertise in policies relating to natural environment (terrestrial and marine), fisheries and farming, resource management and pollution control. We help Defra, Natural England, the Marine Management Organisation, Environment Agency and other organisations to understand what works and how to increase impact. Strong demand for our services in these areas means we are accelerating the growth of our team and recruiting into research and analytic roles at all levels of our organisation, from early career to experienced practitioners. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates whose interest in one or more of the policy areas above is combined with expertise in: - Design and delivery of evaluations - Social research methodologies - Data science - Economic analysis Successful candidates will have: - Experience of one or more of the policy areas listed above, preferably in a UK context. - Strong research and analysis skills. - Good team-working skills. - The ability to communicate clearly in written English. Prior experience in a consulting environment would be an advantage but we also welcome applicants with backgrounds in academia, government and non-governmental employment.
