Job Description:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day maintenance of a busy manufacturing site. Working on a continental shift pattern, you’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring that machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.

Skills & Experience Required:
* Time-served apprenticeship in a relevant maintenance discipline (electrical or mechanical).
* Strong fault-finding abilities across mechanical and/or electrical systems.
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential.
* Hands-on experience with 3-phase motors.
* Proven exposure to reactive maintenance scenarios, with the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
