Full Time, 40 Hour - Head Spa Therapist/ Spa Manager
Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa is a historic 17th Century Manor House. The hotel boasts 55 well-appointed rooms, as well as a Leisure Spa Swimming Pool, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and Conference facilities up to 150. Role Overview
To ensure the highest standard of guest care is demonstrated at all times. Lead the Spa arm of the business.
As a qualified Head Therapist, you will manage and develop the existing team while recruiting new team members into the Spa when needed, in order to provide professional massages, therapies, and beauty treatments to our guests.
You will manage the spa environment and treatment diary, while maximizing opportunities for guests to enjoy our facilities and get the best out of their stay.
What are we looking for?
1. In-depth knowledge of a variety of massages and beauty treatments.
2. Good financial knowledge with the ability to manage costs in line with the Spa budget.
3. Able to set targets to ensure the department maximizes all sales opportunities.
4. Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
