Our successful client, with offices based in Kettering, are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
As an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler, you will be responsible for:-
Handling transactions from inception to post completion
Managing a caseload day to day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices
Managing, updating and organising case files
Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
Drafting legal documents, conducting searches
Providing advise and guidance to clients throughout the process
Skills required
To be considered for our Conveyancing Case Handler vacancy it is essential that you have:-
You will have a minimum 2 years conveyancing case handling experience
Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building skills
You will have unrivalled organisational skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritise tasks.
