A professional that can evolve and grow client relationships positively from experiences already gained and new ideas. Client Relationships Build Client Relationships to maintain and grow business, ensuring high levels of service provided. Communicating Have clear communication channels ensuring agreement on deliverables, deadlines and expectations. Collaboration Collaborate with both internal teams and clients to support effective high levels of service delivery. Importantly balance clients’ needs with business goals. Business Processes Be involved with improving and streamlining ways of working and processes. ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity to work in the responsible sourcing and sustainability field, with some of our biggest retail clients. Key responsibilities for this role include: Managing several client relationships delivering all agreed service elements. Ensuring client business is maintained and agree future commercial opportunities. Ensuring clients day to day weekly metrics, including assessment completion, are met through prioritisation with other teams where needed. Work with Assessment and Client & Supplier Engagement teams to deliver completed supply chain and product technical file assessments effectively. Work across cross-functional teams to aid in delivery of systems developments, assessment work, process standardisation and communications to clients. Provide clients will all business updates concerning system, assessments, process and legislative updates. Support in managing the commercial team as a cover where required. Demonstrate key values and behaviours across the business. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who has: Significant level of Client Manager experience. Ability to manage contracts and commercials. People management experience. Expertise in communications and collaboration. Proficient in Project Management and completion of deliverables within timelines. Organisational skills. Problem solving skills with the ability to be agile. An understanding of supply chains, responsible sourcing and product technical file compliance would be of advantage. Based within commutable distance to our Brighton Hub.
