What you'll be doing \n
You will provide administrative day-to-day and organisational support to the CEO of Adult Trade and Managing Director of Orion Publishing Group. \n
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: \n
\n
1. Booking and co-ordinating travel \n
2. Managing the slides, agenda, and minutes for meetings \n
3. Supporting MDs with office operations, reviewing and updating employee guidance notes, org charts and procedures \n
4. Processing invoices and expenses \n
5. Arranging schedules (travel, accommodation etc.) \n
6. Booking author\/agent lunches\/dinners \n \n
Who we are looking for \n
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and project-management skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to be flexible, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced hybrid office environment. \n
We are looking for someone with the below key attributes: \n
\n
7. Significant office-based work experience, supporting a senior manager or team or both \n
8. Demonstrable experience of organising a complex administrative workload and juggling deadlines and priorities \n
9. Discrete and capable of dealing with commercially or personally sensitive information at the highest level \n
10. Demonstrable experience in communicating appropriately, unambiguously, and effectively with colleagues and third parties at a variety of levels, both verbally and in writing \n
11. Complex diary management and travel itinerary experience \n
12. Confident in the use of key IT programmes and able to adapt to using new systems and processes with ease \n \n

The role will be based at our London office, Carmelite House, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week. \n
