TheyhaverecentlyembarkedonanewprojectwhichhastriggeredexpansionacrosstheirITteamsandarenowlookingforaTechnicalArchitecttojointheteam!Thecompanyarealsoanaward-winningbusiness,winningvariousawardswithintheirrespectiveindustrybutalsobeingrecognisedintheUKsbestworkplaceslistfor2023!
Thisisabrand-newrolewhichwillcross-overintomanyareasfromproducinghighlevelenterprisesolutionswhilstworkingcloselywithstakeholders,leadingthedevelopmentteamfromatechnicalstandpointandworkingalongsidetheSeniorteamplayingahugepartinthetechnicaldirectionofthebusiness.
Youwillcomefromadevelopmentbackground(ideally.Net)andbehappytosupportwithcodingwhichwillmakeuproughly20%ofyourtime.Youwillleadasub-teamof4-5developersfromatechnicalstandpointandsupportwithtraining,upskillingandcodereviewsbutnotofficiallymanagethem.
