Site Manager - Canada
Are you a Site Manager looking to take your career overseas? We are partnering with one of North America's major construction contractors to appoint a Site Manager (Superintendent) to deliver design and build projects across Vancouver and Toronto.

This is an exciting opportunity for Site Managers to join one of Canada's longest standing building contractors; with a turnover of $4bn, our client has been providing construction services to an impressive list of public and private sector clients since the 1920's. You will join a successful team delivering commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, infrastructure, life sciences, sports and leisure projects ranging from $50m - $100m+.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Control site logistics, maximise efficiencies and minimise deficiencies
2. Plan, organise, direct and control daily construction operations
3. Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
4. Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades
Key Requirements:
1. Experience working on large scale projects valued at £15m+
2. Experience managing programme, safety and quality on site
3. Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
4. Willing and able to relocate to Canada
The Package:
1. Basic salary of $140K - $160K (£78K - £90K GBP)
2. Profit Related Company Bonus (Up to 20%)
3. Tax free relocation package ($15K - $25K)
4. Great company pension scheme
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Site Manager on D&B projects (£15m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
