If you are currently in recruitment, done with cold calling, and looking to go in-house, this could be your chance. Maybe you’re already an experienced internal recruiter looking to bring your professional skills to a busy HR team. If hybrid working is important to you, you'll be able to work from home for two days a week. This urgent 6-month fixed-term contract position is to assist with a high volume of recruitment and support the launch of a big project within the operations team, so ideally, you will be available immediately or at least very soon. It is far from a transactional role just sending CVs to hiring managers; you’ll be a trusted advisor within the business and be heavily involved in the end-to-end recruitment process. The business focuses on innovation, so you will have the chance to share any ideas you have and make suggestions on what might improve the company’s recruitment process. You’ll directly source talent and work with specialist recruitment agencies, liaise with managers to understand their hiring needs, support candidates up to the offer stage, manage the ATS, and collate recruitment data. Mindset is the most important thing here; you will be passionate about what you do and driven to provide excellent service to potential employees and internal stakeholders. You will be open-minded, professional, and focused on promoting equal and inclusive recruitment. Ideally, you will have experience recruiting for professional services and using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches to source talent. You can express interest in this role by submitting an up-to-date CV or contacting Inform Recruitment directly
