What you’ll do:
1. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier customer service to both colleagues and corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction with each interaction.
2. Garment Management: Responsible for receiving, stocking, and delivering sterile and non-sterile garments, including PJ's and sterile garments for operators, while adhering to strict procedures for proper storage.
3. Logistics Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving any logistics-related issues or discrepancies, ensuring smooth operations throughout the garment delivery and collection process.
4. Manual Handling & Physical Work: This role requires significant manual handling, including the collection and delivery of laundry such as garments, socks, towels, and waste pickups, so candidates must be comfortable with physical tasks.
5. Strict Compliance with Safety & Hygiene: Follow stringent processes, including no makeup or jewelry, to ensure garments are worn and stored according to safety and hygiene standards.
What you bring:
1. High Standards & Interpersonal Skills: The successful candidate must demonstrate extremely high standards and possess strong interpersonal skills.
2. Adaptability & Proactive Development: Must be able to adapt to change and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the soft service offering at the Macclesfield Site.
3. Relevant Experience: Ideally, the candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and be capable of building solid relationships with both clients and peers.
4. Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is desirable for the role.
5. Manual Handling: The candidate must be comfortable with manual handling tasks as part of the role.

* Monday- Friday either 6:30 - 10:30 or 14:00 - 18:00 and alternate Sundays 07:00 - 12:00
* 20 hours week 1 and 25 hours week 2
* £12.72 per hour + Sodexo benefits
