Job Description
As a Partner Manager, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with an ecosystem of trusted partners who are already engaged with our ideal customers for Retail Solution offerings. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating meaningful connections and driving success through strategic partnerships. By surrounding buyers through these partnerships, you will generate new business opportunities through introductions and recommendations, and gather intelligence and influence to accelerate all routes to market.
As a key member of our Partnerships team, you'll take the lead in managing an existing group of partners while also identifying and acquiring new ones. Your efforts will empower these partners to confidently recommend our Retail Solution offerings to their prospects and customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll support your sales and customer success colleagues by uncovering opportunities, strengthening partner relationships, and driving success through collaboration. You'll also enhance the effectiveness of inbound and outreach campaigns by leveraging the insights, influence, and connections of our partners.
Success in this role means being comfortable working independently and collaboratively. You thrive on fostering trusted relationships and delivering impactful results.
This is a hybrid role – three days per week in one of our UK hubs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruit new partners into the business
2. Create quarterly business plans with identified partners
3. Engage and educate new partners
4. Support inbound & outbound demand generation activities to enhance conversion
5. Work with Partner Marketing to plan and execute co-marketing activities with partners
6. Create new business opportunities with current partners
7. Run quarterly business reviews on partners
8. Coordinate partner training
Minimum Requirements
1. 2+ years of B2B software channel partner experience and/or account management experience
2. Demonstrated success in growing a book of business, generating new leads, and/or owning a quota
3. Strong communication and presentation skills
4. Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems
5. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
6. Prior experience with PowerPoint or Google Slides
