Key duties and responsibilities of the Administrator:
* Chasing customers for paperwork and proofs
* Processing incoming post, checking contracts, submitting to funders
* Chasing dealers and suppliers for information, due dates, registration and chassis numbers
* Progressing lease vehicles through the sales process
* Looking after existing customer queries.
Were looking for an Administrator with:
* Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
* Excellent organisational skills are required
* Strong IT skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
* A full, UK driving licence
* Be happy on the phone, be personable and customer focused
* Possess the ability to deal with challenging customer conversations on occasion, delivering difficult news to customers and resolving issues.
