You’ll lead on a variety of major business investments, executive priorities and cost transformation initiatives; delivering some of our largest and most impactful activity. The Strategic Projects team’s purpose is to accelerate delivery of our business and commercial objectives by applying procurement know-how and creative thinking to our most challenging and complex sourcing projects. You’ll lead a handful of high visibility, impactful sourcing projects across categories from Technology to Marketing, Logistics to Corporate Services. The Specifics Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for strategic and business critical projects across multiple categories Influence and collaborate with stakeholders up to VP (Vice President) level to support transformation initiatives and maintain a competitive cost base. Lead on procurement of major business investments and executive priorities Build and maintain a pipeline of delivery opportunties Contribute to our cost and cash programme, leveraging data and analytics in the Centre of Excellence Lets find out about you… Proven experience in Procurement/Category Management. Whilst specific category expertise isn’t required, varied category experience will come in handy as will experience of sourcing and negotiating complex contracts (often going to market for the first time) Adept at balancing and anticipating the needs of various stakeholders. Experience in influencing senior levels within a large organisation. Agile and adaptable to support business needs in a dynamic transformation environment.
