The Data Analytics Architects work in ecosystems as Sales/Pre-Sales/Practice Architects with hands-on solution experience.
Last 5 - 8 years hands-on in Cloud with good experience across any of the Cloud Hyperscalers - preferably Snowflake.
Experience in Pre-Sales/Sales Architect roles and aspire to be in Solution Design and Development, having completed mid-size and large-size deals, and presented Bid Defence in front of CxOs.
Practice Lead - 12-15 Years
Ability to mine the current portfolio of accounts by developing relationships with customer connects, generating sales and solution opportunities across Industry Domains (60% BFS, 20% INSURANCE, 20% Travel and Transportation, 10% Mix of Retail, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Life Sciences).
Meet customers regularly and help maintain existing relationships.
Support Solution, RFP, RFI, RfX and manage opportunities end to end, converting working with Account and Industry BUs.
Support Demand Generation and manage customer expectations on demand.
Work with Delivery and Talent Acquisition Team to fulfill demands.
Fine-tune operational processes to achieve desired outcomes effectively and efficiently.
Take ownership to build solutions with support from various Technical and Functional SMEs and front-end customer interactions in the region.
Meet and exceed growth/revenue targets for the portfolio (approx. $15m) for the DATA Service Line.
Assist in solution development by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities.
Forge and grow deep professional connections with key decision-makers within client organizations (NEW CLIENTS, EXISTING CLIENTS, PROSPECTS).
Build relationships with ecosystem partners such as Hyperscalers, Consultants, Advisors, and other Industry influencers to establish the firms image.
Nurture in-depth knowledge of clients business models, technology platforms, products and services, and key business influencers.
Aggressively manage revenue growth by staying abreast of new market and/or client organization developments and identifying new and/or cross-sell opportunities.
Understand client requirements, their business imperatives, and their critical pain points.
Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI concepts and experience in delivery, pre-sales, or solutions on next-gen Data on Cloud Technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP).
Successfully delivered Projects/Programs in building Enterprise Data Platforms on Cloud, Migration Programs, Data Consulting, or projects encompassing the Data and Analytics life cycle.
Entrepreneurial mindset to manage customer expectations and the demand and fulfillment cycle for opportunities. Proactive approach and smart thinking.
Excellent communicator.
Ability to travel 30% of the time within the UK, Europe, or globally for sales.
