Main duties of the job The Lead Nurse will provide clinical and professional leadership to the nursing and healthcare assistant team. The post holder will ensure nursing services are delivered effectively to the patient population. Our ideal candidate will have drive, dedication, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. They will provide effective and high standard care to patients including, all chronic disease management, wound care, cervical cytology, ear care and other duties.
