Research, write, edit and proof-read content for Teesside Minds websites, social media, e-bulletins and other written content as required. Support social media feeds - creating graphics and content, responding to comments and message etc. Take the lead on managing social media schedules via Hootsuite checking key dates, and ensuring the tone and style is consistent and on brand. Design work using existing templates to support services developing poster and leaflets etc and creating new materials where and when needed. Reel creation prepare a filming brief and coordinate the people featured in the reel, capture the footage and edit in Adobe for use across social media and on other digital platforms. Act as a point of contact for the team and manage requests from internal stakeholders, for example for space on marketing channels or partner enquiries. Provide guidance for staff to utilise brand assets correctly and how to access and use the comms & marketing templates and resources that are available. Coordinating marketing activity such as photography and filming working with teams internally and external suppliers to execute the brief. Leading on activity as delegated, for specific fundraising events or awareness campaigns including planning, producing materials and evaluating effectiveness. Provide support with event management, including representing Teesside Mind at events. Provide ad-hoc support to marketing colleagues on a project-by-project basis. Liaise with external suppliers, distributing briefs, obtaining quotes and raising purchase order numbers for specific pieces of work. Provide guidance to external partners and funders on the use of the Teesside Mind brand and assets, including the logo, photography and illustrations. The nature of the duties may change and develop, according to the needs of the team; this will require a flexible and adaptable approach.
