They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their business. You'll be working on construction and maintenance refurbishment projects across the Merseyside and wider areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Issuing of sub-contractor tender enquiries
2. Evaluation of sub-contractor quotations
3. Convening and attending sub-contractor Pre-Contract meetings
4. Preparing formal sub-contract Agreements
5. Site measurement of building works undertaken
6. Valuation and payment of sub-contractor interim accounts
7. Agreement of sub-contractor final accounts
8. Assisting in the preparation of monthly CVR reports
9. Preparing and submission of monthly Profit and Loss reports
10. Preparing and agreement of external Applications for Payment
11. Agreement of Client variations
