Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum
* Inspire a love for Science among students by creating interactive and hands-on learning experiences
* Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
* Monitor and manage student behaviour in and outside of the classroom
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
* Stay abreast of current educational trends and best practices in Science teaching
Requirements
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
* A degree in Science or a related field
* Proven experience teaching Science at the primary or secondary level
* Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
* A commitment to continuous professional development
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced school environment
