Job summary The Financial Systems and Services team is now recruiting for an Assistant Accountant (Technical side) This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of work to support the NHS. You will be a key part of the team liaising with a wide range of NHSE corporate, regional and ICB systems users, as well as NHS SBS and Internal Audit stakeholders. Key duties will include: Supporting the systems administration aspects of corporate Finance Systems e.g. ISFE user set-up and chart of accounts maintenance etc. Ensuring key financial controls align to audit requirements and recommendations. Supporting the continuous improvement of corporate Finance Systems e.g. managing and facilitating systems changes with operational users and NHS SBS etc. Supporting the change management aspects of the new ISFE2 solution (Oracle Fusion) e.g. user support, updating operational processes, user acceptance testing and user training.
