Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving school in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone committed to making a positive impact on pupils' education by working collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and targeted support.
Responsibilities:
* Lead small group sessions and interventions, tailoring materials to meet diverse learning needs.
* Support class teachers with assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
* Supervise and assist pupils during lessons, break times, and extracurricular activities.
* Help prepare classroom resources and create vibrant displays to enhance the learning environment.
* Provide cover for class teachers during short-term absences or PPA time, ensuring high-quality teaching continuity.
Minimum Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or substantial experience covering primary classes in the UK.
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a primary school setting.
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational frameworks.
* A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the school environment.
