Key Responsibilities:
Managing complex planning applications from inception to decision
Conducting detailed assessments of development proposals
Providing expert advice on planning matters to stakeholders
Preparing and presenting reports to planning committees

Ensuring that development proposals comply with relevant regulations and policies
