About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced ICT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on technical support and guidance to schools across the Essex area. If you thrive on solving challenges, love variety, and enjoy engaging directly with end-users, this role is for you!
As an ICT Field Engineer, you'll:
1. Support schools on-site daily, resolving ICT issues and ensuring seamless operations, building trusted relationships with school staff.
2. Provide remote assistance via our ICT Service Desk when required.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 applications, Google Workspace, and network infrastructure.
4. Participate in ICT projects, including network upgrades and security enhancements.
5. Respond to critical incidents, implementing temporary or permanent solutions for server, switch, and internet failures - or even physical disruptions like floods.
Work-Life Balance:
This role is offered on a Full-Time, Part-Time (4 days per week) or Term-Time Only (39 weeks per year) basis. Providing a unique opportunity to balance your professional life with personal commitments - perfect for candidates who value flexibility.
About You:
If you can demonstrate the following, we'd love to hear from you:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, delivering a professional level of communication to school accounts we work with.
2. Attention to detail, taking pride in the quality and accuracy of the work produced for our clients.
3. Great collaboration skills, with the ability to work productively and build relationships with internal business users and external vendors.
4. Some prior experience in a similar Finance role supporting clients will be advantageous.
5. Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
Our Benefits:
