Job Title: Graduate Business Applications Consultant

YOUR ROLE
Our Application Consultants work with client stakeholders to discover the user needs, goals and objectives of an organisation. They then design the right processes and get hands on to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Our Application Consultants take part in workshops, interviews to write up requirements for a product backlog and form part of scrum teams to deliver the requirements.
* Take part in the requirements gathering process by supporting workshops, interviews and observation sessions with Subject Matter Experts and Product Owners to define the business and functional requirements and system goals.
* Write up user stories and take part in delivering the Product Backlog, ensuring requirements are documented correctly following Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
* Work as part of a scrum team to implement the defined requirements by configuring Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
* Continuous training and development available to enhance your knowledge and skills of the technology being delivered by the Microsoft team.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* A bachelor’s degree, a management qualification and/or relevant and practical IT experience.
* Understanding and knowledge of low/no code technology such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, as well as a desire to continually develop your knowledge of new functionality.
* Outstanding communication skills and a passion for engaging with others – our clients need to feel confident that you understand their requirements.
* A flexible attitude, critical thinking and the ability to engage with stakeholders.
* You may be required to work away from home during the week.
YOUR SECURITY CLEARANCE
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last five years with no more than 28 consecutive days out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements). You may be required to work away from home during the week after the initial training period.
