Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Partner at Fort Search
The Opportunity

The Role:
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and innovation within our Salesforce environment. You will play a key role in optimising the use of Salesforce and collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Administration: Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user setup, permissions, configuration, and customisation.
2. Salesforce Development: Design and deploy custom solutions.
3. Process Optimisation: Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to streamline workflows, enhance data accessibility, and simplify processes within Salesforce.
4. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and best practices within Salesforce, including handling data migrations, data hygiene, and de-duplication.
5. Collaborative Projects: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Credit, and IT, to develop solutions that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
6. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support Salesforce users across the organisation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
2. Experience in Salesforce Flows and APEX.
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on collaborative working.
