We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Office user with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to going above and beyond for our customers. The ideal candidate will provide first-class support in a professional and proactive manner, possess a positive attitude, be eager to learn, and work independently while knowing when to seek assistance.
Responsibilities
1. Log incoming customer inquiries and respond promptly.
2. Use multiple reports to identify potential issues.
3. Interpret and act on the voice of the customer.
4. Perform general administrative duties within the customer operations team.
5. Maintain regular contact with customers via phone and Teams.
6. Provide account updates to customers through presentations.
Background, Experience, and Skills
7. Strong administrative skills with a practical approach.
8. Experience in customer operations.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Ability to react quickly and think on their feet in dynamic situations.
11. Confident communicator capable of building strong working relationships.
12. Meticulous attention to detail.
13. Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously.
14. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
