This exciting role involves collating garment orders from the warehouse, ensuring the correct SKUs, sizes, and colours are prepared for embroidery production, as well as managing Heatseal applications for a variety of garments. About Heatsealing: Heatseal film is a clear adhesive film used to permanently affix badges and emblems to garments. Particularly useful for waterproof garments such as raincoats and jackets, this process involves using a heat press to secure the ST104 film on the reverse of embroidery, preventing water from penetrating through needle holes. Key Garment Operative Job Responsibilities: Accurately pick and collate garment orders based on customer specifications, ensuring all SKUs, sizes, and colours are correct before production. Prepare garments for embroidery by following company procedures and quality standards. Apply Heatseal film to garments as required, ensuring badges and emblems are permanently and securely sealed. Ensure quality checks are carried out to maintain the highest standards across all production processes. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines. About You: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to follow processes and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar production or warehousing role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
