We are seeking a Personal Assistant for a two-month contract to support a Principal based in Bayswater, to start immediately. Your responsibilities will include general administrative tasks such as managing the Principal’s diary, coordinating meetings and appointments, and serving as the primary point of contact. Given the Principal’s overseas assets in Paris and Italy, strong financial literacy—ideally from a background in the financial industry—is essential, along with an understanding of taxes and personal finances. Experience with Wills would be an advantage.This role is primarily located at the Principal’s residence, with standard working hours from 11 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, though flexibility is required.Whilst fluency in Italian and French is beneficial, it is not a requirement for the role.
