Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. As part of the Volkswagen Group, TPS operates alongside Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. What will you be doing?
As Centre Manager, you will lead, manage, and motivate your TPS team to achieve the Centre's business plans and objectives, ensuring excellence in customer service and developing strategic plans to ensure successful operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Achieving Centre targets and business objectives
2. Translating overall sales targets into departmental targets and setting challenging but achievable goals
3. Motivating, recognizing, and incentivizing the team
4. Creating Personal Development Plans, monitoring progress, and providing support as needed
5. Developing a Manpower Plan and succession plan for your Centre
6. Maintaining a customer-centric culture
7. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
8. Implementing sales plans to increase team revenues
9. Monitoring business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
10. Analyzing market data to understand potential sales opportunities
11. Controlling costs within agreed parameters, including Gross Margin levels
12. Ensuring compliance with business standards, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines
13. Maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring the security of stock and premises
Required Skills

1. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business targets in a B2B environment
2. A passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong interest in the automotive industry
3. Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
4. Experience in devising strategies and implementing plans
5. Exceptional customer service skills
6. Ability to plan strategies and activities for business growth
7. Sales-focused and results-oriented mindset
8. High degree of IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office
9. Management experience
