Regional Sales & Brand Executive
The Role: We're looking to speak with aspiring salespeople who have a background in the builders merchant arena, whether working for one already selling to the trade, or working for a supplier to builders merchants, who want to join a family-owned, well-established, market-leading manufacturer within the wood & timber building products industry. Such products include mouldings, wood paneling, and skirting board products.
As a Regional Sales & Brand Executive, your role will be to maximise opportunities within the branch networks of independent & national builders merchants across the region. You will do this through merchandising & point of sale work, training and mentoring of the branch sales staff, and running trade days on site for customer engagement.
This role will cover the area of London & the South East, working alongside a Regional Sales Manager who has plenty of experience in the area. The role is field-based and will require overnight stays on patch regularly. A company car allowance is provided as part of the role.
Requirements
To be considered for the Regional Sales & Brand Executive role you must have:
1. Experience working within/or selling to a wholesaler/merchant environment.
2. Knowledge of sales processes & a passion for the construction industry.
3. Full driving license as there will be extensive travel in the role.
4. Your own vehicle which can be used for the role - company car allowance is given as part of the role.

The Package for Regional Sales & Brand Executive:
1. £33k-40k basic salary DOE + quarterly profit share bonus scheme.
