Medical Negligence Lawyer - Manchester - Hybrid
About the Job
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Top 100 law firm with a national presence, based in Manchester city centre. As the Medical Negligence department expands, the firm seeks an experienced Solicitor / Lawyer to manage a diverse and challenging caseload, handling cases from initial client instruction through to completion.
In this role, you’ll work with a team of highly regarded professionals, delving into complex and sensitive medical negligence claims. You will manage the entire process, including pre-action investigation and litigation, working closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a caseload of Medical Negligence claims and be familiar with all aspects of investigation and litigation. Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable, as there may be opportunities to mentor and guide junior colleagues.

The Candidate
* Medical Negligence Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (various PQE)
* Experience of managing own caseload of Medical Negligence claims
* Litigation experience is desirable
* Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Excellent client care skills
* Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
