Main Purpose of Job To be responsible for the administrative tasks of the office, ensuring a high level of support and accuracy at all times. Key responsibilities: Process tenancy applications and produce all tenancy agreements ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Assist in promoting properties to let via the web, window displays and TO LET boards as required. Provide administrative support to the letting and property management teams when required. Assist the letting team with the monitoring and progress of references as required. Coordinate and chair renewal meetings and in conjunction with the letting teams, negotiate tenancy renewals with landlords and tenants. Assist in the collection of all tenant first accounts, rent payments and any landlord or tenant deficits. Register new deposits for protection and administer deposit refunds within 10 days of final inventory check. Assisting office teams with all aspects of compliance. Conduct property viewings when required. Be the first point of contact for office visitors, respond to incoming calls, register & qualify applicants. Attend and contribute to team morning meetings ensuring that they are energetic and focused. Skills and Experience Required: Minimum two years administrative experience in similar industry or legal background Accurate and detailed with proven planning and organisational skills Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels Full manual driving licence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation Ability to accept feedback and strives to improve HAM00108
