Night Shift Engineer Wanted
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Night Shift - 3 on, 3 off rotating pattern
Salary: £49,750 per year
We're hiring on behalf of a leading food manufacturer, and they need a new Night Shift Engineer to join their team due to massive expansion!

What You'll Be Doing:
In this hands-on role, you'll be making sure the factory and machinery are running efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Attending breakdowns and getting everything back up and running quickly - keeping production on target.
* Performing planned preventative maintenance to avoid disruptions and extend machinery life.
* Keeping accurate records of all your work using the CMMS system.
* Communicating clearly with other teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
* Always putting Health & Safety and food safety first.
* Contributing to continuous improvement projects to make the factory more efficient.
* Managing stock levels of essential parts and tools.
* Getting involved in machinery upgrades and building projects.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing - experience with packaging machines is a big plus.
* You're qualified to the 18th Edition and trained to Food Hygiene Level 2 and HACCP Level 2 standards.
* A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible team player with a problem-solving mindset.
* Someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in getting the job done to the highest standard.
