Atlas Professionals are recruiting for a Compliance Manager based in Newcastle. This will be a full time role working Monday to Friday. Ideally the successful candidate will have the majority of the below: • Lead Auditor Qualifications • NEBOSH Certificate / Diploma • IEMA Environmental Qualification or equivalent • Extensive experience with multi-site / group management systems • Comprehensive knowledge of business processes required • A strong understanding of data protection regulations, laws and requirements - within a highly regulated industry Other Requirements: • Strong communication skills • Excellent organisational and time management skills • A positive attitude to dealing with people • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks • Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual, as well as being able to integrate and operate as part of a team.
