About The Role
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes? We're looking for someone to join our Central Pharmacy team and ensure the highest standards of service.
We are seeking a dedicated Central Pharmacy Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will process requests for HPN effectively and professionally across all channels, ensuring timely compounding of items and maintaining accurate records. This role involves fostering collaborative relationships and enhancing interdepartmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurate Processing: Accurately process all compounded item requests to ensure timely compounding of items. Respond to customer queries across channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) in a timely, effective, and empathetic manner.
2. Operational Coordination: Implement and embed efficient processes to coordinate and manage requests received via email or other routes. Deal with queries between internal departments and hospitals, providing stakeholders with clear information and status updates.
3. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and systems. Ensure all paperwork and digital documents are filed correctly according to work instructions.
4. Compliance: Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with relevant data protection laws and organizational policies. Regularly update knowledge on legal and regulatory requirements related to patient data and prescription management.
5. Collaboration: Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams such as patient services, compounding, QA, and nursing teams. Support the training of new team members and regularly share best practices with the team.

* Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in data entry and other administrative tasks.
* Understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
* Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
* Effective time management to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Prior experience working in a contact center, customer service, or prescription management environment is beneficial.
* Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
