In this key role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Director to co-create and execute growth strategies, oversee day-to-day marketing activities, and manage multiple e-commerce platforms. Your focus will be optimizing performance across various channels to meet short- and long-term goals, all while delivering exceptional user experiences and driving conversions.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver strategies for growth across our ecommerce channels.
* Optimize channel performance to meet ROAS goals.
* Analyze metrics like customer lifetime value and acquisition performance.
* Constantly test and optimize user experiences to boost conversions.
* Collaborate with the Comms Executive on customer segmentation and automations to drive retention.
* Manage SEO, paid digital (Google/Meta), and affiliate strategies.
* Work with PPC, SEO, and development agencies to ensure they meet performance targets.
