Job Description Frasers Group is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and tech-savvy Digital Learning Coordinator to support the operational and technical aspects of our digital offering within Learning and Development (L&D) team. As the Digital Learning Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the creation and execution of digital learning initiatives and solutions that empower our people with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. As well as be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimisation of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This role will help shape and elevate our digital L&D offering to ensure maximum business performance & employee engagement." - Rob Harris, Head of Learning & Development. Oversee the daily operations of the Learning Management System (LXP - THRIVE), ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Design and update engaging digital learning materials, including eLearning courses, video tutorials, and interactive modules. Act as the first point of contact for platform-related issues, providing timely support to employees, trainers, and managers. Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, groups, and training assignments. Generate and analyse reports on learning activity, progress, and system performance for stakeholders using Excel and Power BI. Collaborate with subject matter experts and departments to develop their digital solutions. Provide training to L&D colleagues and stakeholders on LMS functionalities. Qualifications Experienced with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise). Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), preferably THRIVE. Ability to produce and edit content created with tools within the Adobe CC suite. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with eLearning standards like SCORM. Strong Microsoft Office background. (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI. Knowledge of instructional design principles and digital learning technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with our diverse stakeholders across the business. Stays current with industry trends and best practices in LXP/ LMS management and eLearning technologies.
