A new instruction with an established client going through a further planned period of growth for an Operations Manager which is akin to a Reception/Service Adviser.
The role is within the motor trade and reports to the MD.
The Client:
The role is positioned within the Service/Reception & Administrative side of an established, successful, privately owned business in Ashford, specialising in Mercedes service and restorations, restorations to other classic vehicles and classic car storage.
The Position:
The position is considered ideal for someone who wants to come away from one of the large corporate dealerships and join an established, independent Mercedes specialist where you will be appreciated.
The preferred candidate will ideally have 10 years + within the motor trade, with 5 years spent in the service area.
Just as important, applicants must have the social skills to deal with often high net worth clients, have general motor trade knowledge, come across as credible and professional and be of smart appearance.
Day to day activities a wide and varied with no two days the same.
Primary duties will include meeting and greeting clients, so lots of customer liaison both face to face and over the telephone.
Answering the main incoming calls on reception and dealing with any enquiries.
Respond to email enquiries.
General administrative duties.
