We're hiring for a Sales & Business Development Executive to join a well-established supplier at their site based in Bedford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth in a fast-moving environment.

What will you be doing as a Sales & Business Development Executive?
* Driving new business sales and identifying new opportunities
* Managing and expanding relationships with existing customers
* Proactively selling a range of specialist products
* Conducting market research to identify potential growth areas
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Engaging with end users to maximise product pull-through
* Using CRM systems to track leads and maintain accurate sales records
What do you need?
* Previous experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in non-mechanical plant, equipment hire, or construction
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
