Salary & Benefits Package
* 25K to 35K subject to experience

Key Requirements of the Role
Responsibilities
* Site surveys and client briefings
* Drafting 2D and 3D design packages for planning submission
* Coordinating with external design team members
* Developing and coordinating Building Regulation packages
* Attending networking events to represent the company
* Engaging with new inquiries and discussing the clients' proposed projects
* Independent time management
* Opening and closing the office
* Assisting the director with day-to-day tasks

* Gain building control approval for projects

* Expert at AutoCAD
* Expert at SketchUp
* Expert at Photoshop
* Expert at InDesign
* Professional manner when communicating with clients in person and over the phone
* Knowledge of planning policy requirements
* Knowledge of Building Regulation/construction information
* Engaging in networking with new contacts
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Effective time management across various deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Well presented
Experience Required
* Part 1 qualified
* At least 4 years of work experience in the residential sector
* Ability to converse with third-party consultants
* Experience developing planning applications and Building Regulation package drawings
* Experience working on RIBA Work stages 0 to 4
* Experience on residential projects
