Job Summary Loop1 is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our UK team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within the EMEA region, leveraging our CRM and tools like ZoomInfo to update and expand our contact database. This role is crucial in driving Loop1’s growth by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into clients. Please note that this position requires in-office work. Key Responsibilities: Client Research & Outreach: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the EMEA region. Utilize tools like ZoomInfo to update and maintain accurate contact information. Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) to generate new business opportunities.Work with Sales Director to develop and grow sales pipeline to meet quarterly goals. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with all prospect interactions and progress, ensuring a robust sales pipeline. Renewal Management: Handle Solarwinds client maintenance renewals, aiming to increase renewal sizes and customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives. Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside software sales experience. Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas. A proven track record of strong client relationships. Excellent client service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
